Blankets are a must when packing a truck. Always have enough of them.
However, they are expensive, and what are you going to do with them afterward?
If a professional mover is moving you, they should supply all the blankets you need for the move as part of their service.
If you are moving yourself over a long distance, blankets can be rented from a truck rental outfit such as Uhaul. These rented blankets would be dropped off at the location you leave the truck at.
If you are moving yourself locally, we rent blankets for your use. The charge is $1 per day per blanket.
