Mattress boxes protect your mattresses well and some moving companies require them before they will load a mattress into the moving truck. The twin mattress box is hard to fit into a car or van. It might be better to have your moving company bring the correct boxes for you on the day of your move (but this will probably cost more). Twin mattress boxes will also usually fit the box springs of a twin bed. They will also usually fit the box springs of a king bed (the box springs of king beds come in two twin size pieces in most cases). You can also use a twin mattress bag instead of a box.
